    However, if you cannot find the answer to your question online, you can contact us via Live Chat. Alternatively, you can submit your request via email by completing our Make An Online Enquiry form.

    Contacting us via Live Chat
    If Live Chat is available, an icon will be available on screen (usually located at the bottom right of the web page).
    To activate a chat, please select the Live Chat button when available.
    If the Live Chat button does not appear, it's likely that all our agents are busy. We recommend that you check back later or alternatively contact us by email.

    Contacting us via email / Make An Online Enquiry
    To contact us by email, please submit your request by completing our Make An Online Enquiry form. Please follow the on-screen instructions. Once your enquiry has been submitted, you will receive an automatic response with your enquiry reference.

    Please Note: We aim to respond to requests within 2 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). However, this may take longer during busy periods. This will be clearly outlined in your automatic response email.

  • On this website, you'll find an extensive range of spare parts and accessories for all home appliances including washing machines, dishwashers, cookers and vacuum cleaners. We also have replacement parts and accessories for home electrical items such as TVs and laptops, as well as everyday household essentials like light bulbs, batteries and cleaning products.

    To locate a spare part, we recommend you enter the full make, model and description of the product you require into the search bar on our home page (i.e. Kenwood KM100 Blade). Please ensure you leave a space between each key word and do not enter full sentences e.g. 'I would like a Kenwood KM100 blade'. If this does not produce any of the right results, you may also want to try locating the product using our appliance categories. To do this, select your appliance category, select your appliance type, select your brand, and select your model number (this is usually located on the left hand side of the page). This will produce a list of all the parts we have available for your model.

    If you still cannot find the part you need, please contact us by selecting the 'I cannot find what I'm looking for' link on our Contact Us page. Please follow the on-screen instructions and we will contact our suppliers to try and source the item. We will then get back to you within 2 working days.

    If you have found your item but it is obsolete or no longer available, we recommend you check the product page to see if there is a suitable alternative product. If no alternatives are available, we will unfortunately not be able to source the product on this occasion.

    If you cannot provide us with a make and model number, we unfortunately won't be able to provide further assistance. However, you can find your model number by visiting our Finding My Model page. You can find this link at the bottom of our home page.

  • To find the right spare part for your appliance, you will need to know your model number as makes and models vary. Appliance model numbers can usually be located on the product packaging, in the manual, and on a data plate somewhere on the appliance.

  • If you have already placed an order with us but some or all of the items in the order have not arrived, we recommend that you check your order / despatch confirmation email for more information.

    In Stock
    If your item(s) are in stock, we will send you a despatch confirmation email to confirm when the order has been despatched. In most instances you will also be provided with a parcel reference so you can track and trace your order online. If your order has been despatched but has not yet arrived, please visit our Contact Us page to contact us via Live Chat or email.

    Out Of Stock
    Stock availability is visible when viewing any of our products online. The availability of stock will also be displayed on your order confirmation email.
    If some or all of your item(s) are out of stock, we will regularly liaise with our suppliers to provide you with regular updates. As soon as the item has been received at our warehouse, your order will be despatched immediately. If you have provided us with a valid email address, we will continue to send automatic updates via email every 7 days.

    We ask that you allow the appropriate number of days to pass before contacting us about a late delivery (see the below guidelines). If you have been provided with a tracking number, we would also ask that you contact our delivery partner directly before contacting us.

    Orders Within The UK

    • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from the date of despatch.
    • Express Delivery: 3-5 working days from the date of despatch.
    • Ship To Shop: Next working day.
    • Next Day Delivery: Next working day.
    • Saturday Delivery: Next available Saturday.
    • Sunday Delivery: Next available Sunday.

    Orders Within The Republic of Ireland

    • Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days from the date of despatch.
    • Express Delivery: 3-5 working days from the date of despatch.

    International Orders

    • Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days from the date of despatch.

  • We are an independent distributor of spare parts. If your appliance is under warranty and you require help with a fault or need product support, please visit the manufacturer's or retailer's website.

    We cannot offer support if you have ordered directly through manufacturers or retailers. If you are not sure who you have placed your order with, we recommend that you check your receipt or your email order confirmation before contacting us. All our order numbers will start with OH, CS or CI.

    If you need help locating or purchasing a spare part, or for aftersales enquires relating to order numbers OH, CS or CI, please fill out our Contact Us form to submit your enquiry.

    Any other order reference numbers will not relate to an order placed through us. In these cases, you will need to contact the company directly or visit the manufacturer's or retailer's website.

  • If some or all of your item(s) are out of stock and you decide you want to cancel your order, we recommend that you can contact us by Live Chat or email as soon as possible.

    If your items have already been despatched, we will unfortunately not be able to action your cancellation request. In these instances, please visit our online Returns page to request a return online. Alternatively, please refuse delivery and your item will be refunded as soon as its arrives back at our National Distribution Centre.

    If your items are out of stock, we recommend that you contact us by Live Chat or email as soon as possible to cancel your order.

  • We understand that there are times when you may need to return an item to us. We have tried to make our returns process and any related charges as straightforward as possible.

    To get started with your self-service online return, please go to our Contact Us page and select Returning Your Item. Please enter your invoice number (CI Reference) and your email address, then follow our very simple steps to return your order.

    Once your return request has been logged, you will be provided with returns labels and instructions on how to return your items. Once your item is returned to our National Distribution Centre, we aim to process your refund within 3-5 working days.

    Please Note: If you no longer want or need your items, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • The majority of our refunds are processed within 3-5 working days. Before contacting us, we recommend that you check with your payment provider and / or online banking. All of our debits and refunds will appear on your statement as "SCREWFIXSPARES". Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email confirming the date and the amount.

    Please Note: If you have returned items, the 3-5 working day period will start from the date that the items are received in our warehouse. In most instances our delivery partners will provide you with a returns tracking number. You can use this to track your return back to our National Distribution Centre.

  • An order confirmation containing the description of the part ordered, the estimated date for delivery, and the total cost of the order will be sent via email soon after the order has been placed. You will also receive a despatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been despatched.

    Both of these can be used as a valid invoice as they contain the relevant VAT and company registration information.

  • Order confirmation emails are automatically generated and, in most cases, will be sent within a couple of hours of the order being placed. However, some orders are manually processed, in which case the order confirmation can take up to 2 working days to be sent. Once your order has been confirmed, picked, packed and despatched, you will also receive a despatch confirmation email.

    If you have not received any updates or you are awaiting for a response to an email you have already sent, it's common for spam filters and junk mail settings to detect emails from sources outside of your email address book. We therefore recommend that you check your junk or trash folder before contacting us, just in case the confirmation email has been delivered to one of these folders instead of your main email inbox.

  • If we have sent you a discount code, this can be applied to your order by entering the code in the 'Promotion Code' section of the shopping basket.

    Multi-buy discounts are automatically applied when the correct quantity of items have been added to the basket.

    If you have a valid discount code, you must enter this on the Basket page before placing your order. If you have placed an order and the discount has not applied, please visit our Contact Us form and Make An Online Enquiry. You can find this link at the bottom of the home page.

    Please Note: We do not offer voucher codes on discount / voucher websites. If you have found a code on a website not linked to our website, it is likely either expired or unauthorised. In these instances, we recommend contacting us to confirm.
