This genuine Kenwood Blade & Seal provides the blade unit to be used not with your Processor's main bowl, but the liquidiser's plastic goblet. Sharp blades which spin with the correct speed and force are essential to achieveing the highest-quality results from your Processor. The seal which your blades fit into is located in the grooved area to prevent leakages of expensive or important mixtures, which can also cause unnecessary cleaning work.

To use:
Hold the underside of the blade unit and insert the blades into the goblet - turn anti-clockwise to lock.

Mayonnaise 8 3 eggs + 450 ml oil
Frothing milk 8 1 litre/11/2pt
Ice crushing - operate the pulse in short bursts pulse 6 cubes until crushed to the desired consistency
